"I brought my daughter here thinking that this was a safe environment for my child, but I was wrong. Last week I tried dropping off diapers and wipes and was told my daughter didn't need any. Before I could put them back into the car the woman told me "You don't bring diapers unless I tell you to". Then she took them and would not give them back. Slowly throughout the week the teachers seemed to be very rude when talking to me and my daughter was coming home being very irritable. Today ended up being the last straw. I asked why there was a scratch on my daughter's leg and arm last week and was told someone would respond to me later. When I came to pick up a staff member greeted me with "you need to sign this" and handed me a paper saying my daughter was scratched herself during a tantrum on a bucket. After I signed the paper a different teacher became nasty and told me my child was bullying the babies and was out of control. When I asked her why is she just now saying something she said her tantrums started this week. The more I listen the more I realize she was just over exaggerating my 20-month-old behavior because I questioned the scratches. I had even asked the teacher how she corrected my daughter's behavior and in the rudest way possible she told me "I don't know I don't have kids". While talking to her my daughter began to have a tantrum because I was ignoring her and throw her shoe off. When I bent down to address my daughter's behavior the teacher grabbed my daughter by the arm and directed her away from me and told my daughter to pick up her shoe as if I was not standing there trying to talk to her. At some point my daughter ran from her and got into a corner of the bookcase. Little do this teacher know I have training in child development, and I know that's not how you treat a one-year-old. She acted like my daughter was an older child. what she was doing was very bold and disrespectful. I would not bring your children here. to owner: You volunteered to wave the 2 weeks' notice the night before to cover up what happened and then called me today yelling being very confrontational twisting my words against me and even lying about the timeline of events. I did not appreciate being cursed at on the phone and givens threats. I AM NOT AFRAID OF YOU!!! You can send the footages to my email. Thanks to you I had to call work today to beg the daycare to take her early. I have an email from the new daycare stating that my daughter was to start mid-August. I planned to turn the two notice Monday. If need be, we will pay the 2 weeks since you claimed we're ccdf and trying to scam you because we are poor even though I don't qualify for government help."
"Love this daycare. My children love attending and they are very accommodating with last minute requests and/or changes with schedules. They keep in constant communication when necessary. I highly recommend for both kids and single parents especially if you're cash paying, they are very reasonably priced for education, services and love they provide!"
"My son has been going to this daycare since he was 1 years old , he's now 3. And has learned so much along the way. I waited a while til i put him in daycare because i wanted to find the right one and it was worth the wait ❤❤. If you are looking for quality and reliable childcare on the Southside of Indy this is the one !"
"Says clearly on their front window 6 weeks-12 y/o. Went in to a scheduled interview and the two ladies came in from the back room when we knocked on the door several times. Finally let us in. We heard multiple kids coughing and all just being fidgety laying down on cots with no supervision. The lady then said, after her window and the lady who scheduled the interview knew how old our baby was, that they don’t take 9 weeks old babies.. I asked why the window said 6 weeks to 12 years and she was very snotty and said, “we’ve been here two years dats old” it was a very ghetto, run down old place that looked like a health code violation in the very least! The only good thing I could point out was that they lock their doors... but thank God we have a sitter until we find a daycare but this place is nasty, rude, and unprofessional. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!"
"I’ve trusted Ms. Williams with my baby since he was born. Provide a safe encouraging and educational environment. He’ll be with her until he starts school!"
