"Very rude office staff, supposedly it’s a pediatrician counseling however, that’s not the case and I don’t feel like the year that we had our son there that therapy was done or things for taking care of her even he was never even given coping skills. It was kind of pointless. We now have him going to another therapist through Meridian Partners and I highly suggest Meridian, Partners but definitely not these people."

"I am a mental health practitioner and I have seen a lot therapists/counselors on a professional and personal basis (we went to 2 other companies that were not a good fit for our family prior to going to CFK Counselling). My daughter, has ADHD, mood disregulation and sensory processing issues. She has been seeing Jackie for about 9 months. My contact with all members of staff has been excellent. I find them all professional, helpful, non-judgmental and knowledgeable. There have been real changes in our family since working with Jackie. I have learnt just as much as my daughter and our relationship is improving."

They have gone above and beyond in helping me get him in quickly, assessing the situation, and forwarding recommendations to his school. My son loves the therapist and I love the front office. I have worked with Alyssa and Nicole and they have both been very helpful! I will recommend CFK to anyone I know who needs counseling or other services."

"Worst waste of $135 ever. When talking to Nicole on the phone, she was professional and knowledgeable. When we got there, the two we met we completely opposite. Mrs Carr should have retired a long time ago. She steered all her questions toward, and gave her unlicensed opinion of ADHD and just wanted to medicate without even considering other optional behavioral conditions - besides what she was familiar with. I have never felt more judged with our answers than with her. The receptionist was frazzled and unorganized, and again gave her strong opinions, even talking down about Mrs. Carr when she didn't understand the message we were supposed to relay. The recommendation to see their one doctor for diagnosis sounded great until we were given a date 6 months out...how is that even remotely helpful. We will be going elsewhere."

"I would recommend the therapist, Stephanie, but I would not recommend the company! We are having issues with the insurance paying because of a diagnosis code per the billing office. Instead of working with us to get this corrected and resolved, I have been in contact with them every step of the way, they decided to bill me privately (took two days of discussing the issue with them for me to get the bill)! I am now working with the insurance with no help from them to get this resolved! They also don’t work well with union insurance and the health account program! I would only recommend the physical therapist, who was great with my son!!! But don’t have kind words to say about the company as a whole!!"
