"I lived in Covington this year after living in Mattielou the year prior. It was the WORST downgrade & I do not recommend dorming here. The advertised photos on the website do not reflect what is here. Upon moving in, the sinks had pieces of hair in them & the shower was covered in rust. The furniture is all peeling and damaged. My room is next to an AC unit that is extremely loud & I have woken up to it in the middle of the night. The living room space is bare; there are no decorations on the walls or anything that feels like “home”. There is a couch and a very small TV along with a kitchen that is in horrible condition. A single bathroom and shower is provided for 4 people which is not sufficient at all. Paying thousands to live in what is basically a prison cell is not worth it. I recommend only staying here as a last resort. (Pictures provided are from move in day)"
