"As others have said, watch prices. I went up with a bottle up vodka and was more than the sign, when I brought this up the clerk threw up his hands as if, what do you me to do about it. Their beer is way over priced as well in comparison to other stores."

"i have been to this location several times and each time was pleasant until my experience today. I went out of my way after work to come to this liquor store as I was exchanging a bottle of rancid expired wine I was sold for a new one. when I arrived in the parking lot there was a crowd of cars that were waiting and lined up outside. I walked up to the door in the freezing rain to be greeted with a sign that said be back in five minutes, with minutes being misspelled. I waited in the freezing rain for over 30 minutes and no one ever returned. I called the store over 10 times and there was not a single answer. I know there were people there that had been waiting even longer than I did. It is pretty despicable that this business is allowed to be ran in such a manner. I will now have to go out of my way for a second day in a row and to try and get this bottle of wine replaced as guaranteed by the “ Manager“ that I spoke to in the afternoon of February 1, 2022. after reading prior reviews, I have learned that this is not the first incident of this happening at dates bag a very long time. This is an error that needs to be fixed. I understand emergencies can happen but from the sounds of previous reviews this is not a case of emergency. this is someone simply taking a break and just locking the store up and coming back whenever they please deeply disappointing and saddening that this business is being ran in such a manner"

"I am from out of town and stopped by this store to pick up something. I found a sign that said "Oliver wine all flavors 9.99." I grabbed one bottle of Oliver Wine and took it up to the register. I was told the wine was 18.99, before tax. A patron behind me stated that was the most expensive Oliver wine she had ever seen. I told the girl working the register that the sign said 9.99 for all flavors of Oliver wine. She called the owner over to me and I showed the owner the sign. The owner proceeded to tell me that only a couple of Oliver wines were actually 9.99. I put the wine back and got a other flavor that was 9.99. A few days later, I went back and got a 12 pack of Michelob Ultra that said 15.99. When I went to the register, I was told by the owner that it was 16.99. I had her come back to the case and showed her that it said 15.99. She went back to the register and told me that the manager had put that price in and that today she would sell it to me for 15.99 , but "only for today." I told her that this was the second time this week there were discrepancies with their list price and registered price. She told me that I was the one who was wrong. This place is shady and corrupt. I would avoid going to this overpriced place and shop somewhere else where the owners are more honest."

"I would give them High marks, but, there is a fatal customer service flaw that happens frequently. I have went during business hours, several times, and found a handwritten sign “Will be back in 5 minutes”. Now , I walked up, and waited 5,10,15 minutes at different times, so who knows how long the cashier was gone. I mean come on. Really? Whats going on? A cigarette break? A meth break? Bathroom break? She doesnt even return with Mcdonald’s or something. Actually just appears from behind a truck in the parking lot. So... yeah definetly hit or miss."

"Very overpriced. For a (warm) case of beer, tried to charge 6-pack price X 4. Claimed not to understand the concept of case pricing as "she was just an employee." Declined to continue transaction. Will never go back, especially since Meijer is right next door and had what I was looking for at a price $8 cheaper than what Big Ben Liquors wanted to charge."
