"Was up all night with a head cold, went first thing in the morning for some DayQuil. Absentmindedly entered the store 2 minutes before opening and was berated by an employee even though the door was unlocked and ajar- I just thought it might be broken. A simple, “Hey, we’re not open yet.” Would have been enough to send me on my way, but this was not the case. People make mistakes, and this time I made the mistake. But this exchange had zero reason to be so hateful. Will just go to CVS in the future."

"If I could give the pharmacy zero stars. I’d do it in a heart beat. They are the worst people there. Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else where you will actually be taken care of."

"Scheduled an appointment online for a tetanus shot. When I arrived, I overheard the Pharmacist tell the Tech to just tell me they were out. The Pharmacist said they could order it but it might not be in the next day and could be Monday and I shouldn't wait that long and advised me to try somewhere else. After sitting in my car calling nearby Pharmacies, I went back inside and asked that they go ahead and order it. The Pharmacist then tells me she is unable to order it and she checked the Avon location and they were out as well. I scheduled an appointment for Avon anyway, drove there and was vaccinated that same evening. It was confirmed the Tdap vaccine was indeed in stock, they chose to lie. That's shameful. I cannot trust a Pharmacy where the medical personnel blatantly lie."

"Gathered up about 70$ worth of sale items, checked out and cashier scans my Walgreen’s Reward, which I have scanned for literally YEARS, and of course you need it for the sale items. Here is what happened…. Cashier: “Says its unregistered” Me: Is that going to effect my sale items? Cashier: “We don’t know about sale prices till we enter your rewards” Me: Cancel the order then I guess. Cashier: “Cancel the order?” Me: Yeah And they let me go. So I guess there is no remedy for a card that is suddenly “unregistered”? What in the wild, wild world of sports is going on in this world? I tried to give them MONEY. At least there is an alternative across the street, because I can’t go back if that is their attitude. There wasn’t even anyone in line behind me."
