"This location is the best one in town. The staff are extremely friendly and the store is always clean. Great selection of craft beers and wine. "Only shopped here for New Year's Eve. Was able to order what I needed for the party online & for curbside pickup. 3 stars implicating that it advertised curbside pickup, but when I called to let them know I arrived, the phone kept ringing, because no one would answer it. I'm disabled, & struggle with walking & standing. I was forced to go inside, only to find out that my order wasn't even filled yet, even though I ordered it the day before. The manager filled my order, as I told him I would be waiting in my vehicle, & that I was very disappointed that no one was answering the phone for curbside pickup."
"I've been in Big Red quite a few times; however, it's not my first choice of liquor store in the area. While they are courteous and well stocked, it is a retail shop and charging accordingly. For top shelf, unless you don't mind paying top $, try elsewhere."
