"Beautiful store and selection. Unfortunately customer service was absent. Walked in and no one greeted me even though 2 employees saw me walk in. No one spoke to me the entire time I was in the store which was concerning because it was my 1st time in and I was in the store awhile checking everything out. Stood at the locked bourbon cabinet for 10 minutes hoping 1 of the 5 employees would assist me in getting some stuff. The bottle of 4 Roses was calling my name. I finally left since no one acknowledged me. Multiple employees just standing around the cash registers and no one said good bye. I've never felt so unwelcome in my life."

"My first trip to a Total Wine and More was great! If you're looking for hard to find spirits this is the place to go, plus the prices are great. I was able to find Ardbeg Uigedail at a good price and very quickly because of the website. If you need help the employees are more than willing to help and are very knowledgeable. If the specific employee isn't knowledgeable about your specific inquiry, they will direct you to someone who is. Will definitely be back to the Avon location and am excited to visit the Greenwood location, as it's a bit closer to me. Definitely stop by and peruse the selection and prices you can't find elsewhere."

"Visited for second time, first for this location. First location, staff was very helpful in helping me make a great selection for a dinner wine I wanted to bring to a friend’s home. This location the staff was very helpful in helping me find the bourbon Field of Dreams, made from the movie’s Field of Dreams corn. Will definitely be returning"

"This place is amazing and just what we needed in Avon!! There's more than wine in here, I mean there's alot of wine but this is like a likka grocery store. Baskets, aisles and displays this is the only place I'll be getting my likka from now on. There is also a tasting table!!!! Yay"

"I've been a fan of Total Wine for years. They've got more selection than anyone else, their website is great, and the prices are extremely competitive. However, it sucked driving across town. I'm thrilled to have one on the west side. Much easier location to get to than the others as well. Visited today, and it's as nice as any other location, and the staff were very nice. Their beer singles section was very well stocked as well, better than the other Indy Total Wine stores even, which I appreciate. For any kind of alcohol, you can't do better. Their humidor is also really nice. I don't smoke, but my father does, and picked him up a cigar while I was there."
