"I came into the office today to bring in my daughter who has a common cold, gave the doctor all the symptoms she was having, runny nose, cough, congestion, and she even mentioned her stomach was hurting when asked if anything else hurts! Was told by the pediatrician it’s just seasonal allergies I even told her she was in contact with a relative who had a cold! Was prescribed zirtec only! I called back around a hour later and explained to the receptionist or nurse that my daughter was nauseated and had thrown up twice in my car! Was told I would get a call back from the doctor as soon as she could get back with me to only be told that I had to bring her in to be re evaluated...that I didn’t have those complaints in the office. My daughter clearly said her stomach was hurting inside the office! I could of easily went to the drug store and for zirtec behind the counter or let her stayed home, why would I come back if I had just left the office and be re charged again especially when charged for something I could of done for my child in the first place which was go to a store and buy zirtec! I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed about the health of my child! And the lady that called me back even said the doctor said my baby seemed fine in the office and was very active! My child always stays active when she’s sick that not the case of every sick child! So I’m needing to speak to someone about this because this is not acceptable!"

"Great pediatrician! She treats us like friends as well as patients! She always remembers us, and I love that about a doctor. She answers all my questions thoroughly and makes us feel really comfortable. Her nurse is also amazing! We love them!"
