"Judy Black is very rude and unprofessional. I called to receive assistance with my transcripts and to ask a few questions, however the way she answered the phone made it uncomfortable to inquire about anything with her. Because I told her she was unpleasant in the way she spoke she hung up in my face. This is very unfortunate and nobody calling about such important documents should have to be spoken to in harsh manners."

"The area is beautiful and peaceful but not really open to the public. The reflecting pond was full of debris. My kids had a great time "fishing" leaves and trash out with sticks. There were benches around making it a great site for reading or Journaling."
