"The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable about the teas. The teas that they sell are all unique and very delicious. They have a tea of the day that you can get a free sample of. Their prices are a bit steep, but worth it for sure. They have other stuff too, but I mostly go for the tea"

"A feast for the senses! Nice variety of products. Beautiful store. However, I believe it would be advantageous for managment to educate their employees on how to be respectful and hospitable to their youngest clients....children. My children do drink tea and they behaved perfectly in this store. However, I have been in the store twice, and both times the people working there seemed visibly "annoyed" to have children in the store. They even offered me a sample and then acted annoyed when I asked them if my children could also sample the tea. Again, great store except I would definitely caution any patron bringing a child with them... I didn't feel comfortable or welcome here at all."

"The Spice and Tea Exchange is a delightful place to sample (smell, or taste in the case of tea) both new and familiar spices, teas, and other dry staples. Salt and pepper varients have their own sections along the with dozens of sugar varieties, teas, and more common spices. The atmosphere is fantastic and I would spend many hours and dollars here if I had more of both."

I got a few things on my first visit. One thing was the blood orange tea and it was absolutely amazing."
