"Great service and even better food! The goat pot pie was delicious with a flaky crust and a rich gravy. The stew chicken was flavorful, and the meat was falling off the bone tender. 100% recommend this Byob spot for nice date night."
"Food was tasty, the vibe was nice, and the service was good. My only gripe was that since there were two large parties, we had to wait a long time for our food. However, as this was the case, they brought us a free appetizer. Overall, I would definitely go back. And FYI, it is BYOB with a $20 cork fee. They provide glasses and some mixers. They also have a DJ at times but there wasn't one when I went."
"So I've been wanting to try this place for a while. Finally got to go tonight and I wasn't too impressed with the food. First we ordered the chicken and dumplings but when it came out it was more like chicken soup there were no dumplings in it and it was also missing carrots and celery. Next we had the chicken and spinach patties they were dry and over cooked. Our main course I had the oxtail with macky and cabbage the oxtails were not tender the mac and cheese was dry and had no flavor and the cabbage was ok. My husband had the snapper with rice and greens, the snapper was ok but he didn't like the rice. The place is nice, the people were nice but they need to work on some things."
"This place has beautiful artwork. The staff was amazing and friendly. The food was really good as well. The oxtails and goat were tender and flavorful. The snapper was delicious. Will definitely go again."
"I would have given the cafe 5 stars, but there were a few hiccups that prevented me from doing so. The food was good in that it was fresh, nicely seasoned, and portioned. But it took some time to get it. The temperature in the cafe was uncomfortably cold. So much so that I couldn't enjoy my food. It took our waitress several tries to split our bill correctly. On a more positive vibe, it is a beautiful space, very inviting and culturally astute. I've recommended others to eat there, even a passerby who stopped and asked about the cafe as I was leaving and walking to my car."
