"I find myself only writing reviews when service really blows me away. KAD Akademy has done and continues to do just that ,since they welcomed my baby in. My two year old recently started daycare for the first time ever ,in a home daycare and within one week we were told he could not come back due to behavioral concerns and being unwilling to become accustomed to their napping schedule... I'll be transparent as I was with the ladies at KAD ,my son is by no means an angel. He struggles with speech and some sensory things and is awaiting a true autism diagnosis. I was in a real bind when touring KAD ,they are newly opened and open 24/7 so it's understandable that there are some kinks being worked out as far as the smaller things go. My biggest concern however, was if they could or would even be willing to handle the care of my little one. We had a discussion and the owner pulled not only the director in but the teachers who would work directly with my son, they assured me they were up for the challenge and would give my baby the time and space to adjust to daycare and even help him along the way in the areas he struggles with. Since enrolling him they have done just that. I feel confident in them caring for my son each day & no longer feel preoccupied and worried at work about him because I know he is in capable and caring hands, plus they have an app which lets you see exactly what goes on with your baby all day. He screams in excitement each day we pull up and is all smiles walking in to his second home .I could go on all day about the woman who own and operate KAD but I'm sure there is a word limit here. Aside from the care being completely impeccable, my baby has made strides that I can see in independence, social interactions, learning and sticking to a routine, and even has expanded his very limited vocabulary as well as learned ASL!!!! The care they give him on a daily basis reflects on the child I bring home each day. He is such a happy boy and has made a complete turn around with his behavior now that they have took the time to give him tools to help him communicate. People always say it takes a village to raise children ,KAD has become my village, and I'm eternally greatful."
