"The worst daycare that I ever worked at"

"My son attended this daycare for 8 months and I have to say some staff members are good and some don't care to much. My son has 3 incident reports form there. 2 times he was bitten another time his face and neck scratched up and no one knew how. I do understand children do things to each other so I kept him there. but this last time was it! I have a full video of my son and another toddler scuffling over a toy with a daycare teacher in arms reach of them, literally sitting right there. She watched them and did nothing until the other toddler bit my son then she got up. For one I don't even like the way she snatched the other toddler up, then she proceeded to take her time to attend to my son hurting and crying from being bitten. The owner tried to make to many excuses for her actions. I really do recommend that proper training be giving, or at least care enough to attend to the children with love. The owner stated that the provider was new and didn't know the toddler was a "biter" if that's even a word. I figure well why wasn't she trained on that?. I could go on and on. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DAYCARE DON'T DO IT. And they transport food from one daycare to another in a van which is against the law because that van isn't approved as sanitized by the state. I currently have a case with DCFS and I will be showing them the video and pictures of my son scars."
