State Tower

"Packages are being left outside in the street because there is no buzzer system in the building(according to management it would cost the building to much to install it, even though the rent is sky high, and I say that coming from San Francisco!). I have complained multiple times now without any changes. Something as simple as food delivery in a nightmare because the front gate person or "guard" never opens the door for the delivery person(esp since the gates close at 6 pm and remain closed all day on the weekends like some office building not residential). Its the most awful experience ever esp since the we are playing so much in rent. Atleast reduce the rent if the building has flaws like no buzzer system."

"Living at State Tower the last three years has been an amazing experience. I cannot say enough praise regarding the property management, the staff and just the care provided to all the tenants. We have never had an issue regarding maintenance being required, it was always handled right away and with no problems. Having a parking garage attached to the building has certainly been helpful in the winter months as a safe haven from the snow. I definitely have to give a shoutout to Odell for always going above and beyond to help us out if we needed anything. He will certainly be missed. If we didn’t have to upgrade to a larger space, we would stay forever!"

"We are from Switzerland and lived in the State Tower Syracuse during our two year stay in the US. The beautiful Art Deco building from the 1920s is located in the heard of Downtown Syracuse. So your in walking distance to all the nice restaurants, coffees, pastries and pubs. The property is perfectly managed by Kimberly Cronk who has been very supportive, especially for us moving to the US from Europe. All staff is very friendly and helpful and keep the property well maintained. The apartments are exceptional with the high ceiling an the beautiful view over Hanover and Clinton square (we had our apartment with the view to the west). All in all, we have nothing but good memories of our stay at State Tower."

"I’ve resided at the State Tower for a little over a year now, and my time here has been nothing but exceptional. The apartments are amongst some of the nicest in Syracuse and the views down into Hanover Square and the surrounding area are phenomenal. I’ve become good friends with many of the friendly and conversational staff who work in the lobby. The building itself is a beautiful 20th Century Art Deco that has been well maintained and professionally converted into a mixed residential and commercial space. The 11th floor balcony and the gym are two awesome amenities that I find myself making use of a lot. If you’re like me and enjoy going out on Saturday and Sunday mornings to get coffee and a breakfast sandwich, there are a few great spots just outside the side door, in addition to the many bars and restaurants which are also just steps away. I’m very glad I chose the State Tower as my home away from home."

"The best experience in leasing, ever. From Kimberly Cronk, the property manager, to the staff... I couldn't ask for a more professional, personable, and kind crew to interact with as a resident of this exceptional building. Our hearts led us to move back to the West Coast, but I will never forget how well we were treated, and how magnificent all of the amenities were at the State Tower. They have set a standard by which all others will have to work hard to rival. The views are stunning from the west side of the building. I especially appreciated the key fob access to the building and elevators up to our apartment. This extra level of security gave me a great deal of calm. I was able to relax and enjoy the city so much more for the safety of the State Tower. An onsite parking garage was a must-have for our downtown living experience. The owners and management have worked very hard to ensure this garage, in a historic building, can meet the needs of a modern clientele. Again, attention to security was first rate. I will miss the attendant-managed garage experience. The State Tower building and downtown have been a photography playground for me. Many happy hours composing images; memories I'll carry forward in my travels."
