"I used to enjoy shopping here. But today was the worst experience I have ever had in patronizing any business. The manager was rude and inept he could not figure out the coupon process. Instead he verbalized for me to contact corporate and let “us” figure it out. The old lady with the blonde hair seemed like she didn’t want to be there as she is unpacking items and angrily throwing the items on the ground. What ever happened to the nice manager with the black hair and the rest of the welcoming staff? Instead I was met with grinches of CVS. Unacceptable unprofessional you can do better than this CVS. We expect more from you."
"The pharmacy staff is incredibly rude. Two or three ladies in there have terrible attitudes. I’m not the only one who thinks that. I wish CVS would do something about it. They should not be dealing with people anywhere."
"Pharmacy with an attitude. I made sure to call in an RX on the last day of expiration. I asked to pick up same day but attitude on the phone said next day. Went in next day and refused to give me the med because the RX has expired the day before. Exhausting trying to explain."
"Went to get antibiotics for my daughter for strep. I was charged for 60 ml as prescribed and only received 45 ml. We are now fighting strep again but will be going to a different pharmacy."
"The pharmacist who's name starts with an "M" is extremely rude and unprofessional. She was not only rude to me but when she called the number on file she was also rude the my friend who answered the phone. The pharmacist did not identify herself nor did she ask who the person was who answered the phone. I had to go to a different CVS to get the prescription filled and the employees there were not surprised and admitted that they unfortunately heard that that pharmacist has an attitude when dealing with people. It's really a shame that someone in that position can get away with treating people disrespectfully"
