"I really like Dr Bryd . He takes time to listen to what's bothering you ,he takes notes . He got me my Mri when other dr failed too . Only thing is new office lady is rude and don't seemed to understand what your trying to tell her and then she actually got upset when I asked could I speak to someone else . She informed me she was office manager and I wxplained that I couldn't understand her . I just need my prescriptions refilled and still hvnt got them and still do not gave them . I've called for appointment to only be put on hold everytime and no one returns. No one has called me back and i even left messages on answering for a appointment with no call back and left numerous messages about my medications needing refilled with no call backs on that either ."
"No problem with Dr. Byrd, but it is almost impossible to get your prescription refilled."
"Notice there is no phone number listed? That's because only hospital personnel can call this office. I have been waiting over 12 hours to be discharged from DCH but can't do it until this Dr that I have never seen approves it. According to the 2 different shifts in his office that the floor nurse has spoken to today he has been "on his way" for over 8 hours. No wonder another physician said "if I ever have a heart attack drive me to Birmingham". It seems he would have a much better chance of seeing a cardiologist there even after the 45 minute trip. The only consolation I have been provided is that "he has to see you within 24 hours of being assigned to you by the ER department.""
