Hampton Inn Corydon

"Very polite staff, great water pressure in the room, clean. The room isn't huge, but it's definitely sufficient in size. The TV is a nice size, good variety of channels, not a smart TV though. A/C actually lets you set it for what's comfortable. Everything works the way I expect it to. I've been staying in Corydon for 6 days at a time every couple weeks. This is my hotel for this town. Way better vibes than at Holiday Inn."

"My room, 101, very noisy. The plumbing in the next wall was terrible as was the fridge. The floor threshold was loose and I saw a roach in the bathroom. The staff was fine."

"We stay at this hotel quite often, 4/5 times a year, visiting family in the area. I cannot say enough about the staff. Especially the young lady checking us in, Angie. I know there is quite a bit of turnover in this industry and this is the first time we have encountered Angie, but if you want pleasant, courteous and very helpful employees, you will make sure she is treated with the respect she deserves. She was BRILLIANT in helping this old woman with her keys and anything else we needed. One thing I do have to criticize about this hotel and it has NOTHING to do with Angie or the other staff. It's the pool room. My God, that room needs some kind of ventilation. Fans, an open window, ANTHING !! Our nephew who is 12 wants to swim each time we stay here. We cannot spend more than 20 minutes in there with him because of the heat and HORRENDOUS chlorine smell. Please, I'm sure something can be done about that. You can't even open the fire door at the end of the room for some air. It really is terrible. We love this hotel because of it's location and we know our room will always be clean but that pool room needs some work !!"
