"Amazing selection and great prices on their wine. The ability to buy online and pick up in store (which Total Wine did even before covid) is very convenient and it's also nice to know for sure they have what you want. They really need to open a store in Fort Wayne!!"

"So I'm going to give 3 stars because the stock is quite impressive however only 1 or two of the employees actually knew what they were talking about and I went to buy a bottle of wine and asked about the flavor profile and the lady totally lied to me and said it was balanced between dry and sweet when it was totally dry with a very smooth taste which isn't my thing but it's ok I'm more upset with the dishonest customer service experience as I would rather had an "Im not sure I've never had it or looked into it to know" rather than a flat out lie and them "acting" like they know that particular selection when they again did not. However the gentlemen in the back allowing taste test of some whiskey definitely knew his stuff so 5 stars for him!"

"Best place in town to get your drinks at a reasonable cost. Surprisingly beats Sam's Club prices on hard liquor and whiskey, but other places appear to have cheaper beer and hard ciders/sodas. Not by much though! Additionally, the free samples and pleasant atmosphere make this place fun to visit every time."
