"Do not stay here. Besides the safety issues (no smoke detector and frayed wiring) the staff is unfriendly, the sofa was extremely frayed and there was a large tear in the carpet. When expressing concern we were shuffled from one person to another and received a form letter much like the one sent to other upset customers - sorry. There were only 4 or 5 cars in the parking lot so I’m led to presume that those of us staying there had the “best” rooms. I would hate to see the worst. I can’t believe Marriot allows this place to remain open."

"Run down property. Door wouldn't close properly, water didn't get hot in shower, toilet ran loud and constantly, pull out couch was the most lumpy uncomfortable thing ever, breakfast was subpar and mostly cold. Wouldn't recommend at any price. Location was ok"

"My entire stay was filled with sounds of contractors fixing the water system and his children yelling the entire stay. Water didn’t work at all, public housing would’ve been a better option. How does a hotel not have their water working? Front desk is unresponsive. Horrible experience"

"This is a wonderful hotel within the immediate vicinity of the fashion mall and other great attractions in the 86th castleton area. Yvette, Ashley, and Isaac delivered exceptional service for the duration of my stay. Yvette made extending a breeze. I'm visiting again in November and looking forward to rebooking for my third time. "My stay was okay, I loved the kitchen due to convenience. The couch was very worn out, and the curtains had some mold due to the AC. Room service could have been better, but maybe the fact that guests have extended stays, it's not up to par. The surrounding area is the plus because you're literally close to everything."
