Holiday Inn Express & Suites Indianapolis NW - Zionsville, an IHG Hotel

"I was here yesterday and had a joint in my purse, they let me stay and just told me not to smoke I didn't I walked almost a mile to go smoke because everywhere in the neighborhood had no smoking signs and I was trying to be respectful. Turns out the only reason they let me stay was to steal my cash deposit! DO NOT STAY HERE! It's a scam! I have reported them all, and will be looking into getting my money back another way even suing if I have to! It's not the money it's the principle! Don't come here unless you want to be scammed!"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Very unaccommodating and not willing to help the guest when needed. Lee, the front desk guy with no teeth has very little customer service experience and doesn’t understand how to handle guests. I canceled my reservation and stayed at Hampton Inn across the street and they showed how to help and take care of guests"

"Was looking forward to a hot shower after driving all day...water pressure was very very low and hot water was lukewarm at best. Ironing board it just sitting out propped up by microwave station(with NO place to hang or get out of the way). One of the pillows smelled really bad ...like a dirty man smell. No laundry bag was provided. All for $199 on a Wednesday night. Disappointing experience."

"Probably worst hotel booking experience. Reserved several rooms for a family event 2 months in advance. They canceled most of my rooms without notifying me. On the day of event they gave away a room that was part of the reservation. Provided guest lists and credit card to be charged few weeks in advance and they also messed that up. Will not be booking with them again."

"Great service and as always rooms were great. Except the pillows are always to soft but that's a corporate issue. I liked that they were close enough to the interstate but far enough to not hear the traffic. Only thing we didn't like was the breakfast. We have stayed at several over the years and have usually been happy with the breakfast. They only offer scramble eggs & sausage gravy & pancakes for hot breakfast."
