"This is by far one of the worst daycare centers! My infant daughter was being carried around by her arms by an older child that wasn’t supposed to even be in the room. The teacher was nowhere to be found. After I grabbed my daughter and yelled at the child the PM teacher poked her head out of the back room oblivious to what was happening. All the Babies were left alone in a room with school age kids UNSUPERVISED!!! When I brought it up to the director she told my wife and I that it was a misunderstanding and refused to fire to teacher or refund any money that went towards our child’s care. This will be reported and we will NOT BE BACK! By far the most rude outrageous “Christian” woman I’ve ever dealt with. Extremely unprofessional, this place deserves less than 1 star!!"
"I had both my boys there since July. They cannot deal with a sensory issue child. Annalisa is the rudest most disrespectful Christian I have ever met. Another employee was caught by my mother grabbing and yanking on my 7 year olds wrists. We have been watching for other issues, but we just dealt hoping things would improve. When trying to talk with her she raised her voice at me, stuck her hands in my face, and then seemed bothered when I asked her not to do that.they put all kids in a gym and let them run around, but they rarely go outside. There is no structure whatsoever. I would not recommend this facility for any reason. As you can see from other reviews on Google, she is a problem."
"Tree of Life is amazing childcare facility. We were so blessed to send our daughter there. She went there for 3 years and is now in Kindergarten. I always loved that everyone knew her and she loved all the people that worked their. I was especially impressed with their pre-k program. She had a teacher with years of Kindergarten experience helping her learn her basics. We are Catholic, but she loved Bible study and the songs and poems she was taught weekly. They helped us every step of the way with potty training, to socializing, to kindergarten. The staff is very thorough and always let us know if there was issues. I would get texts and calls if their were any incidents. I was very happy with how everything was handled. Everyone was kind and professional. If I had any questions they would quickly help and get me answers. My daughter still asks when we can go back and visit. I highly recommend this childcare facility for any age child."
"I love this daycare. I've worked in 4 different daycares up until I had my 1st son, so I've had some good experience. This daycare is great and they do a good job. We have my son in developmental pre school and he comes to daycare after. He learns more than I ever could have imagined here. The employees are great, communicative, sweet, and caring. I think parents leaving bad reviews complaining about their kid being troublesome and biting, not expecting their kids to be disciplined really have no business leaving bad reviews here. This obviously isn't the daycare for them. It's not up to our daycare to parent our kids. It's up to parents to do that. It's up to our daycare to TEACH and show love and that is exactly what tree of life does. Thank you to this lovely staff!!"
"Staff seem great from the outside, but once you actually pay attention to what going on you can clearly see how none of them are trained properly. People just off the street who do not know how to communicate with the children. They are more focused on forcing the christian religion down their throats than paying attention to any of the kids actual needs. Would take my daughter up stairs for their bible study whether she was able to finish her breakfast or not. Would make her wait extended amounts of time before going to the bathroom because they don't have enough staff to escort the children to the bathroom and there were lots of times she would have an accident because of waiting so long. The afternoon staff talk rudely to the kids, a complaint I heard multiple times from her once picked up. My daughter is school aged, so she is able to communicate clearly as to what's going on. A lot of the teachers are control freaks and thrive on having that power. My son went there as well and one of there policies was to expel after so many offenses of something. However there was a child there the same amount of time, same age group and bit my child. He would have fresh bite marks a couple times a week for about a year and they did nothing to this other child. We expressed our feelings, they would have the kid stay home a day and then that child would be right back in the same class and the same thing would happen again. Once my son moved to a new class from for his current age group, his attitude changed horribly. He was all of a sudden acting out at the daycare, but never did the things they accused him of at home or with others outside of the daycare. He was soon expelled after a few months. That daycare does play favoritism, the child who constantly bit my child still goes there and I still have no clue what went on at that daycare to cause my son to act the way they stated he did. We have had zero problems with our current daycare, both children are much happier. They force things on children all the same way even though every child is different and deals with things differently. They constantly switch out class room teachers which messes with the kids and their daily routine. The few good employees they do have, they treat like dirt. The office staff have zero idea what's really going on in the class rooms, they don't have any cameras to even see how the teachers are treating the kids. They do not do any walk-throughs, they plant their butts in their chairs and eat up everyone's money. They could easily raise money through their church services to gather the funds for cameras in each room that way when something serious is going on things can be looked at and dealt with properly. Take your child to a real daycare with trained staff."
