Reviews of Brite Kidds Early Advancement Childcare (2 of 2)
"Before I came to britekidds, I was stressed out about the previous day care my daughter was going to. When I switched over to Katrina price child care. She was very nice and had lots of information to share with me during my hard times. she helped me with everything I needed that my prior care provider did not. She took my children in and it has been our home ever since. My daughter has been there for 4 years and my son has been there for 2 years. I love that everyone takes time out to give your child the proper care, learning and training that they need. All the activities and homework assignments are easy and fun but effective. Katrina has always had good communication with me and my kids have fun going there. The school has a brite wheel app where parents can keep track of everything your child is doing while at school. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Brite kidds is our second home. My experience has been great."
"I had the pleasure of meeting the owners and some of the staff at this beautiful establishment. When I say I was extremely impressed. The work that they put in to provide the best educational, safety, and learning environment for the children is phenomenal. The pure dedication they have for the children is very comforting. The site is very beautiful, clean, and provides the assurance that your child/ren would be well taken care of. I love the fact that the children are separated based on their age. The infants are only in a room with the infants and the toddlers are with the toddlers. The children appears to be very happy and love the staff and the staff loves the children. I honestly can’t wait for my grand baby to attend this fine establishment. FYI: I did multiple tours and the owner was very accommodating and so nice. She did not mind at all because she wanted me to be secure and comfortable with my decision. Couldn’t have had a better experience!!!"
"As a parent & professional, I can attest to changes having to be made for the well being of the children, staff, and business dedicating time to care for our children. My experience with this daycare has been AMAZING! I am kept WELL informed with changes having to be made. Notices are always given so arrangements can be made to accommodate what best for the business, and the children they care for. My daughter has attended this daycare for 8 years, and the owner is very transparent, professional, and makes arrangements so her business can CONTINUE to be a successful one. A person couldn’t have such longevity in this field if they didn’t do what needed to be done to operate. The daycare is always clean, engaging, and hands on. Thank you Mrs. Price, for always being upfront with me when it comes to my daughter (good or bad). I trust that she is safe, and I also understand you have business to run. Not everyone knows what it takes to be this great, the sacrifices YOU’VE made all while being a mother yourself. My baby is in school now, and when she went, she was more than ready for Kindergarten, I’ve witness you go ABOVE & BEYOND for my daughter; bring out the best in her, when she is away from me! Thank you!"
"They are false advertising, they are not open from 6am -6pm , they are opened from 7:45am-5pm and in the summer they are close every Friday til regular schools season starts back in September, they do not specialize in one on one or good educational services, it’s a very small daycare and it all ages in one room, literally can stand in one spot and view every room, not enough space inside for kids and they are on top of each other , lunches not that great son never ate and when he did it was food he can recognize, he threw up a couple of times , when preparing food they never wear gloves and does not pay attention to kids eating habits, my son has a speech and mental delay and which they knew when i Enrolled him soon as it got short staffed my child was told he can’t attend school on Fridays, i offered that his therapist could come on Fridays and they rejected the help saying that it was no space or no where inside the daycare where my son and the therapist could work, then asked me to get a IEP that they could not refer or provide. Then every-time my son would have a bad day they would call for me to pick him up like i don’t work. When they don’t want to be bothered with your child their solution is sending them home. Discriminates against children who may require more attention. Discipline kids by strapping them into a small infant high chair like seat instead of redirecting the children to something educational or productive. My son has a mental delay and strapping him in this small high chair is not the answer , he be crying when i picked him up. Let other children go home in other children clothing or coats and socks which let me know staff does not pay attention, does not have a daily curriculum. Put in two weeks for my son to transfer to another facility and they didn’t let my son complete the last two weeks, thank good the new provider stepped up will allow my son to go to their facility so he would miss a day of learning. Owner is so unprofessional, has a slight smart mouth and attitude problem. Doesn’t keep a consistent staff always new staff working so you kids are around different people they don’t know. Starts of caring and compassionate but end up a disaster for kids … wouldn’t recommend for day care age kids or special need kids !"
