"This place is a disaster. The store constantly looks like a dumpster fire. I’ve been several times to ship a fed ex package and every time I’ve ended up leaving with my package. Why advertise “pack and ship” if you can’t pack and ship anything. FedEx should pull their name from the building. Also, the cluster of Amazon drivers in the store makes everything super congested."

Surprisingly, they have many items that make good Christmas/Anniversary gifts! It's supposed to be just for office items but their products can be used for way more. "Things have declined significantly at this location. I have used the store for many years a lot before relocating last year and never had any complaints: no issues, printing projects completed early or on-time as expected, great customer service, in-stock inventory in line with what was shown on the internet. This last experience was the opposite of all that. Management and staff have changed and so has everything else. Based on this past experience I would never patronize Office Depot."
