"I am almost 60 and new tech isn’t exactly instinctual to me. I attempted the business center on my own but kept making an error. Although Tamika and Ally were busy with work related tasks and at times other customers they assisted me in using the copy/scanner service with a smile and a gracious attitude. They taught me. They wanted me to be comfortable using it. They greeted me when I came in and said goodbye when I left. Exceptional customer service."

"came in here on monday, feb 19 around 3:45 PM with the intention of purchasing new pens and perhaps a keyboard. i was browsing items while my siblings were accompanying me. i was in there for a grand total of 5 minutes when an employee/manager approached me and accused us of loitering. i didn’t bother explaining to her that i did have intentions to buy something because i did not appreciate the unwelcome attitude from her. my suspicion is that she automatically assumed my siblings and i to be teenagers and wanted us to leave. (funny, because the store is always empty anyways.) i will do my shopping elsewhere."

"Supervisor/Manager on staff on Feb. 19th was extremely rude and accusatory towards me and my siblings. We had gone into the store with the intention of purchasing a keyboard and other office supplies for work, and not even 5 minutes into us browsing the keyboards, she came up to us and accused us of loitering and told us to leave. Mind you, we were not being disruptive or obnoxious at all and were only talking amongst ourselves ABOUT THE PRODUCTS, and she still was rude towards us and made us leave. Based off other reviews, it seems that particular supervisor is repeatedly rude and unwelcoming towards customers. I have a strong feeling she assumed us to be teenagers based off appearance and wanted us gone immediately. Don't waste your time coming here unless you want to be kicked out for absolutely no reason whatsoever. Waste of time, and I will not be shopping here again."

"This store is amazing! The true definition of EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Store manager Tamika is truly a blessing. I ran into the store last minute a hour before a loved ones funeral service needing 100 obituaries printed. The format was incorrect and Tamika made sure she edited it to perfection. Then Dee store manager and staff Allie helped with hand folding. They worked as a team to make sure Everything was done in a timely manner. They were sooooo polite the moment I stepped foot in the store. I can’t thank them enough this amazing team saved the day. We will be back and recommend this store to everyone I know. You ladies are a blessing! Thanks so much!"

"Black supervisor on shift today was extremely rude! 12/27/2023 at 4:50pm. She speaks to her employees and customers like trash! Very rude. Please address this manner. I am open for discussion as well."
