"It's hard to rate attorneys in Henderson, KY. Gibbs is part of the "good old boy" system. He can wheel and deal with the judges and prosecutors to work out "plea deals", however, those plea deals, typically can be garnered by simply entering a guilty plea from the onset. If it's a simple case, that can be won by submitting paperwork, he does OK. If your case requires any legwork, of any type, you'd be better off representing yourself than hiring this guy. Also, plan to spend at least 5x the going rate for paperwork filing. (IE. If the form you need to submit costs $40, he will be charging you at least $300) TLDR- overall, if your case is simple, and requires no legwork, and you have money to blow, Gary is your guy. He can use his magical backroom deals to get you a decent result for your case. However, if your case requires any actual legal work to be done, you'd be better off hiring one of the bums living under the train bridge nearby."
