"I was there on Saturday afternoon, and unfortunately, encountered a considerable wait for the lift. I observed a rate of only 2 tubes per minute. Majority, perhaps over two-thirds of the individuals, opted to ascend the hill on foot. This place is meant to be enjoyable, but the operation of the lift significantly diminished the overall experience."
"Lift was not turned on.... because staff realized they had piled up the snow on the top of the hill, causing the lift to'drop' the tube. So, the staff spent 2 hrs with shovels trying to flatten that pile of snow! We went with a group of Scouts and our whole 2 hr slot was gone. Kids got tired hauling their tubes up the hill and the fun ran out! It's surprising because this is not the first year they have been in business. Should they know what NOT to do? Or is the staff not trained?"
"We loved it, I think they could use a bit more organization at the top of the hill to designate which lane you are waiting on. Most of the staff was younger and not able to effectively control the crowd so there was a lot of "cutting" overall it was a great experience!!"
"Came two days after a large snow storm, had an absolute blast. Staff was so friendly and helpful, lines went super quick to go down the slopes. Only thing I wasn't crazy about was the hike up the hill to go down the slopes - they did have a lift, but sometimes the line was a little long and waiting cut into the two hours."
"It was fun but really crowded which made for a lot of standing around. It's nice you could take the lift or walk up the hill. They have a small snack bar and camp fire going. The hill is steep and also long so you go pretty fast and far. Overall I was fun but 2 hours is a long time"
