"The older man who helped me was not very friendly, nor pleasant, he told me that it was not Fedex there but it was Walgreens and I pointed out the sign where it said that it was Fedex at that moment he was receiving a package that another person was delivering to him. to send by FedEx, he made me believe that FedEx did not exist in that place, I felt disappointed and discriminated against him treating me that way because I was a Spanish speaker even though I spoke to him in English and I saw that he is a racist person unfortunately. I do not recommend this office for Latinos and I hope they change the attitude of this man who did not treat me well."
"Useless service. You have to have everything package before you get there. And they don't sell any supplies there."
"Recently ordered a wheelchair for my spouse,instead of delivering it my house they dropped it at a laundrymat near my house. I end up having to go get it myself which was well over 70lbs and dropping it on my toe. Don't know why no one called if address was not able to be located. If i order something else and they send it Fedex i will cancel the order.Iam sure i was suppose to sign for the item."
