"Spoke to an African-American female over the phone regarding an address verification. She was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. She really needs to take a customer service class and management needs to discipline her."

"Trash customer service The service door say “Ring Bell for service 6:00 am to 9:30 am.” Went to verify my address because it was a shipping mistake on my address. Rung the bell for 30 minutes then a worker yelled through the door were closed. Went back at 8 am and told them I was trying to verify address and check on a package. He told me to call because they have been sorted it out and won’t let him look in it and to call the 1800# that gave me the information I see on the website. Still couldn’t verify my address so my package will go back and have be shipped out again ….another week and a half. Trash customer service Not like they once was"

"Beyond fed up with this po. 16 packages with prepaid labels just needing scanned.something that takes less than a minute to do. Scan 5 then take the customer behind me. Then take scan another 5 after. Make a customer who already paid wait. What happened to first come first served."

"Employees are incapable of delivering mail to the correct address. Packages are nigh impossible to get, and they will directly *lie* to the tracking if the carrier *forgets* an item. Absurd. Place should be investigated and new staff should be hired."
