"If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered a plant to be delivered to a funeral home or church for a funeral the following day....just a plant. They didn't have to do anything but put a card on it and deliver it. I found out almost a week later, from the deceased's son, that she had no flowers! I called and they said it was still there...that they weren't sure where to deliver it. I told them the funeral home, I told them the church, I told them my phone number, but nothing! I found the info on the internet...surely they could have! I am so upset! As an add on to this post, the owner's daughter did make it right. After calling and complaining, they upgraded my plant and delivered it to the family....at no charge. Thank you for trying to make it right."
