"Great time on the Santa train. All the kids were excited to ride the train with Santa. Santa talked with each child individually as he made his way thru the train car. And each child had a chance to tell Samta what they wanted for Christmas"
"I highly recommend it. Even the kids enjoyed seeing the history in the parked cars they have there. It's worth a drive, and if you are a train enthusiasts you'll love it. There's a great (train themed) restaurant called whistle stop not too far in Monon IN. Make a day of it and do both."
"It was timely and very interesting. My grandkids were very pleased. The gentleman giving us historical information was very helpful."
"We enjoyed the train ride and the history. Touring inside the cars was enjoyable for adults and our grandsons. They loved the small trains that they made go by peddling with their arms. What was also a treasure was the staff were all volunteers! There were seniors and teens. Even the mechanics were volunteers. All very knowledgeable. Thanks for such a nice time."
"This is a lovely small museum located in a rural town. Besides the main building, there are two old trains to look around as well. Free entery to the museum but needs to buy a ticket for a train ride. We thought the visit would take us an hour, but, instead, it took only 30 min. The train ride was a big fun. 45 min for a round trip. It didn't go anywhere, just turn around in the middle of the way. Nice to spare some time with kids."
