"I've been here 3 times and 2 of the times the owner has been extremely rude and annoying. He does not know how to talk to people. He yells like adults are children when he is in the wrong. I bought a pair of shoes. I gave him $20. The shoes were $2 which means I should have received $18 but I only received $13. When I stated it he automatically became rude and began yelling. He watched us the whole time as if we were doing something wrong. I guess maybe it was our race. I will never support or send anyone to that place. One time we even had our children with us. I did not appreciate him yelling when he did not give me back all of my money. Do not yell at adults sir cause I'm going to yell back. We went to have fun and his stank attitude ruined it. We had 17 people with us and he treated us bad. No one wants to return. He should learn customer service etiquette"

"Came here for a family get together for my Fiance bday. First off Jim was amazing. Was friendly, laughing and engaging with us! The atmosphere is cozy and and the bar is huge! We will definitely be back! Thanks Jim for a great night and for making us laugh with crazy lady."

"A group of us wanted to go bowling last minute on a Saturday night & decided on this place because it was open late. When at the counter we were asked if we all had socks, we told the man "No, not all of us", in hopes they had some to purchase. (Again, this was a last minute choice so we weren't prepared) He was so incredibly rude to us making us feel stupid for not having socks. All he had to do was let us know they didn't have socks for us to buy without being so unkind. We will definitely not be returning to a place with such rude staff."

"We were treated nice and had fun! 6 children and 3 adults. No problems and no broken equipment while we bowled. Would be nice if it wasn't cash only, however, there was an atm to use for the typical fee,so make sure to bring cash when you go."
