"Luke/BP (limited pumps available) As a consumer the issue that some people are aware of or not with card transactions inside is that the pump doesn't read it outside causing the gas to not pump. (Saying paying was not received) There are no signs posted nor mangers or employees has advised of the issue which they have stated has been ongoing for the past two weeks, once using a card the transaction is cxl and refund has started based on your banking card due to payment no registering in there system. Found this out after inquiring about pump 3x before someone said anything. Letting me know the transaction was cxl. Please be aware if using any cards within this establishment!"

"Gas pumps tried to keep my credit card, said to remove but kept the card locked in place. No amount of pulling would take it out. No cancel or end buttons would release the card. Waited several minutes trying to figure out if I had to take my two sleeping kids inside to get help. Eventually the machine ended the transaction and then ran another but didn’t give receipts. I had to go inside and still then there was a 7 person line to get a receipt that should have printed automatically. Wish there was somewhere else easy to get to before heading onto the highway."

"Many times when I stop here they are out of gas at some of the pumps. As if that’s not disappointing enough, many times, I have to walk inside to get my receipt. The toilets are filthy! There is dirt buildup in the corners and along the edges that are just sickening. The toilet paper is too thin to even pull it off the roll so there is a lot of little pieces on the floor and they are usually soaking wet. Maybe from the toilet overflowing? This is one very nasty place outside too. There is litter all over the place. Don’t bother to stop here if possible."

"The car wash here is a bargain. $5 for a mostly automated wash, but there are attendants who give an extra brush to the windshields and rear end before you go through to help get all the extra grime off. Very happy with this stop."

"I was yelled at by an employee at 5pm today because I am disabled and have a service dog. I was screamed at from across the store to get that dog out of there in front of multiple customers and employees. I told her to stop yelling at me and that it's a service dog and then she told me to leave the store after correcting her. I said can I please just get my stuff and go. She proceeds to ring me out and starts harassing me yet again regarding my service dog as she's ringing me out telling me to pick it up next time! I have called corprate and hr as well to report her harassment. In this day and age employees should be trained to not harass and embarrass disabled persons with service dogs! He is clearly tagged. I can't believe this happened to me today."
