"Restrooms should never be closed except for urgent repairs. Men clean the men's room and women for the women's room. By this station being immediately off the interstate there could possibly be a lot of truckers and motorists coming in with a urgent need for the Restrooms."

"This is probably one of the worst gas stations you can go to. Don’t expect to have a problem. The management thinks all the staff is stealing everything. So as a customer if you need a refund or item exchange nobody can do it. While never having a manager on staff. I was driving through out of town and the manager could not fix the gas pump handle that exploded and spilled gas all over my car. I had to call the general manager the next day to inform the staff. When I drove through weeks later nobody knows. My time is completely wasted. This is the only Thorton‘s that does it! Just go to speedway!!"

"Let me just say this used to be a great service station. It was so bad today, customers actually left, including myself. The lady with the braids has to be the most unprofessional I have seen in life. Instead of helping others in the store that had been waiting, she decide that she will argue with 2 other customers about a mistake she made. I literally had to leave and go to Loves to gas up my semi. I rather pass on the couple of cents off than deal with the nasty attitudes. The store already be dirty so why have attitudes to match it."
