"I'd give the rooms a three the service at 10:00 the location of three we had a house fire and we were giving this motel room through charity I would recommend if you needed a place to stay at a cheap rate that's clean decent microwave and fridge with great service this is your place"

"The place was dicy. The toilet rocked, the shower drain was so slow it accumulated 3" of water by the end of my short shower, the back entrance was unlocked so anybody could walk in. The parking lot was full of trash. It was cheap at $88, that's the only positive I can say."

"Great location clean rooms hands-down service was great biscuits and gravy every morning. If they just fix the damn back door so I don’t have to walk all the way around to get in at night."

"They're getting it updated little by little. Last time we were here was 2021, and they were going through it construction wise. They serve breakfast now, COFFEE!! Need some work making sure housekeeping is meeting room requirements (missing sheet on bed, back of remote was missing, need to have someone clean AC filters, didn't have any bath towels just floor mat towels). But overall service was nice, location is always perfect since our venue is at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum, and price is spot on for a ballin on a budget family."

"Room wasn't bad for the price! I thought bed was really comfy. My hubby thought it was hard. AC worked great! TV worked great! Was pleasantly surprised to see there was a fridge and microwave as they were not listed as being in the room! Floor seemed a little sticky cuz our shoes were sticking as we walked. Could hear quite a bit of noise from other rooms. Could use an update for sure! I was also surprised to smell breakfast as I thought they only had continental. Looked like they had biscuits and gravy and other stuff. Didn't get to check it out because we were checking out when I realized they had hot food. I will stay here again because we like to go to concerts at the coliseum and it's perfect location! So I will try the food next time! And the guy at the front desk was really nice!"
