"Is this location still open for customer drop off? I have gone several times during the hours listed but it was closed. However, each time a driver saw me there and took the package."

"I just received a package today (12/1/22) from UPS but one particular package keeps saying my address is not in the directory, which makes no since. When I try to pick it up, UPS wants to charge me for it. But they will return the package after the "third" try. Do better UPS. I will say this is not my regular delivery driver but some new person who won't take the time to read the numbers on the mail box!!!"

"The worst customer experience I have ever dealt with in Meridian. A package was overnighted over a week ago. The truck passes my house every day and does not deliver. They claim to have the package there on hold. However, will not let me get it. I call back as asked and get someone different each time that are just completely rude. This is not a regular delivery. This is a paycheck. Over a week waiting to receive it while they put it on and off the truck and continue to be rude and not deliver. Why pay to use their services if this is how they treat their jobs. Not a care in the world about the customer. At all. I'll make sure you have the company is FedEx next time. They don't mind delivering."

"Open two hours a day! Worst idea ever, I know it’s somebody out there that needs a job! Hire someone, are if business is that slow then just close that site, cause my package has been in Meridian just sitting on a shelf at UPS for four days. I wish more businesses would use FEDEX for shipping merchandise because they’re faster and better with communication about your tracking and delivery"

"Please let me begin by saying this is NO reflection of the wonderful franchise location on North Hills Street, they are great! My package I ordered from Tennis Warehouse was sent to my old address by mistake. UPS "auto-corrected" my address. That is a mistake and mistakes happen. What displeased me most is the woman who handles the phone calls when there are issues with deliveries. She has proved to be displeasing with my business affairs in the past, but she was most unhelpful when she point-blank told me that my package had been sent to the wrong address. She left it at that... no offer to help me any further. I would give a zero star if I could."
