"This post office is a joke and the postmaster needs to be fired she is so rude we went in there to do our change of address forms so our mail would come to the new address and said that the rules had changed and need a license for every member of the house even our Minot child that doesn't have one she didn't want to hear what we had to say and all we said goinh out tge door is we don't like you and she said well.i don't like you either that's no way to treat customer and she has really bad customer service skills"

"Front desk person was rude to people in front me in line, then when I get up to the window I showed her my tracking information from there website and she tried to tell me it was a scam and it wasn’t there. It was not a scam and they found it after I wouldn’t settle for a scam story."

"The carrier always gets the buildings at The Arbor Apartments mixed up! The first building is 620. The second is 640. Today I got a text that my packages arrived on my front porch. I looked out the door to see the carrier backing away from our building. No packages. I walked down the steps (we live in #6 on the top floor). She left it in front of #2! I’m aggravated. It’s the wrong time of year to guess where packages go!! And yes, our doors are numbered."

"Multiple times over the past 4 months they "Attempt Delivery" with all kinds of excuses but my security cameras prove otherwise. They have left my packages next to the mailbox at the side of the road where anyone can take it. They brush you off when you ask about it and say "we have new people" like that is an excuse to let them be lazy and not deliver packages since it is their literal job. Why even put the packages on the truck if they aren't even going to attempt delivery and make me go up there and get the package myself either way. I have heard every excuse they give like my front door was inaccessible when they didn't even go down the driveway, mailbox was full when the package cannot even fit in the mailbox to begin with, no secure place to leave it without even coming to my house, but leaving it on the side of the road before was secure enough for them? Haven't had a problem with them before about 6 months ago. Place and workers have really went down the drain."
