It’s refreshing to see because in my experience, service around the city is usually terrible. Great job to the management of this location for their hiring and training."

"Delicious food, it was my first time there and the guy who served me was very attentive, I ordered a bowl with falafel and it was the first time I had eaten a falafel without it being dry, it was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and very well seasoned, I also ordered a very delicious dessert. Definitely when I think about eating falafel, that's where I'll go."

"Good food but has gotten pricey over the years! Lines are longer during weekday lunch time so plan accordingly. They used to have the best potato chips/fries (soft on the inside and crispy on the outside) but they changed to a different version during the pandemic years that I didn't care much for.. but now they introduced a new version which is good (but not as good as the original)"

"This is a nice place and great food. The people working here are friendly and helpful in offering suggestions if asked. The place is very clean. It has a nice layout, great for either eating on your own or with a group. The food is delicious. In a world of "customize your dish by choosing your toppings/sides" like Chipotle, Blaze Pizza, roti, etc. Naf Naf Grill is definitely a serious contender for top spot. Stop in, grab a bite. You'll love it."
