"Counter service is always friendly and professional. Issue is outgoing mail is often left in the mail box even though the 'flag' is up. This is especially troublesome when we mail time sensitive items."
"I had an error on a prepaid shipping label from eBay and the mistake was found very shortly after dropping off the package at this site. I went with the receipt to ask for the package back so I could print the correct shipping label. Workers were extremely rude and confrontational even though the package was sitting in view they would not allow me to reprint the label from the code on my phone even though I was on the phone with eBay customer service at the same time and was told to do so. Now I am losing the money from this sale and risking losing the item if the package does not get returned. Surprised they are allowed to be so rude to their customers, the behavior was unnecessary."
"Very nice!! Called me to come pick up the chicks I had shipped there before the tracking number had even notified me they had arrived, which was great because I was worried they would sit around in the cold for a while. I chose to use them for this over the other post office nearby that delivers my mail because I knew they were reliable and would take care of my package. Was very easy to walk in and get them with my ID, which they did check so you don’t have to worry about someone else just grabbing your mail!"
"This is the fourth or fifth time I've had issue with this post office/carrier not delivering my packages correctly. The most recent, last week, she left a pair of shoes sitting on the road underneath my mailbox. I am now being told by the seller (and tracking number) that another pair I ordered were delivered, although I have yet to see them. I've tried talking to a supervisor, but she's never available, and won't return my calls. This carrier apparently sets her own schedule a she is apt to show up as late as 8:00 PM, as well a on Sundays because she didn't do her deliveries on Saturday. The last package I had issues with was never delivered to my address, but because it was only about $6 and the seller (on EBay) refunded my money, i let it go. Well, i am done letting things go where this post office is concerned! DO YOUR JOB! Update one year later: Still constantly delivering my packages to the wrong address, and you can NEVER get anyone to answer the phone at their location. Horrible service from both the carrier, and the manager at this location."
"We have had a lot of issues getting our mail delivered. Packages left on the ground by the mailbox, packages delivered days late, paper mail arriving weeks after the post date, the mail carrier honking the horn the entire way up the driveway, I could go on. But what has really frustrated us is that a package was jammed in the door between the screen and regular door and it broke the screen door. When I called, the supervisor is completely denying that it is possible that this happened. She came out, looked, and is sticking to the mail carrier’s story that she didn’t close the door all the way. When I pointed out that the package was not wet after it rained, meaning that she had to have closed the door hard, and pointed out that she left the paper mail in the door as well, which included a check, the supervisor said the carrier did this as a kindness since it was raining. Okay, but it is not kindness to break the door, lie about whether you closed it, leave paper mail in the door, and then refuse to accept any kind of part in what happened. The supervisor is saying there is no way the carrier could have broken it and that they are not going to do anything. So we have to eat the cost of fixing it and the worst part is that there is no other way to get mail except to go through this post office. So frustrating. I hope there is some sort of accountability at some point and that these things stop happening."
