"Called on a whim at 4:53pm (they close at 5pm). The lady answered in the most polite manner, introducing herself and the business like a true pro. I told her what I needed and that I could be there right at 5. She said COME ON. Yall, this "lady" turned out to be a very respectful and mature high school junior. She constantly asked for my approval as she put my order together, was very engaging in conversation and provided the BEST customer relations experience I have had ANYWHERE in Fayette since moving here. She handled my business, 3 tanning customers and several phone calls with a SMILE! She should train the cashiers at every single retail and restaurant business in town. Did I mention she did all this AT CLOSING TIME, when most people (especially non owners) just wanna get out of the place. Moore's, you'd best hold on to Miss Allie! Honest, hard work ethic. We even talked a little Jesus! That was very refreshing too. Thanks for hiring her."

"I ordered 3 colors of roses making it 36 roses and didn't want red roses for a 35 yr anniversary for my wife I got charged for colored roses and got delivered Red roses which I didn't want. 2 dozen red with 4 each orange,4 brown and 4 pink(rest red) arrangement was nice arranged but disappointed in colors. Also got 6 red roses wrapped for my daughter's girlfriend they were beautiful have to say"

"The most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had. I ordered flowers as a birthday gift for a friend, and they were never delivered. I called to see what was going on, and they had closed early that day. The next day I call to see what happened, and they ensured they delivered the flowers and were extremely rude, not accepting any responsibility. The flowers NEVER got delivered and I was NEVER refunded and treated with a gross attitude from the employee I spoke to, who was the owner, Trina, if that tells you anything."
