"I had scheduled a new patient appointment for 3pm. I arrived ten minutes early and completed all paperwork before 3pm as I had provided my insurance via phone when I made my appointment. I waited an hour past my appointment time and it was not until I went to the desk to cancel that anyone came out. When I told her I was canceling due to their hour delay she shrugged, gave me a thumbs up and walked away. Never even saw Dr. Pfleeger but have no desire to go back to her office in the future. The saddest part is I am also an employee of the USA Health system and I know that THEY know better then to treat patients this way."
