"Jumping Jasper is a great place to take your kiddos to get an energy release, especially on rainy days, or in the winter. The staff is simply amazing! Super kind, eager to help, and always smiling. We have always had great experiences there!! From birthday parties to holiday parties, and all the jumping in between, there’s nowhere better to go!! Free water bottles, lots of fun games, and best of all: massage chairs for dad to relax in while the kids are playing!! I highly recommend Jumping Jasper for your child’s party needs!"

"The best place to have your kids birthday party in Jasper! The owner is accommodating and the staff is always super friendly. We’ve had my son’s parties here for the last few years and she allows you in a few minutes early to set up and this last time the staff even helped me set up table cloths. Make sure you read the FAQs on the website before your visit so you get the most out of your experience. We will be back next year I’m sure!"

"The owner was extremely rude. We rented a room for our daughter’s birthday. I arrived 20 minutes early to set up the room and when I knocked on the door they just looked at me then continued talking to each other. I knocked again, they opened it, and she said ‘I told you to come 10 minutes early.’ I said ‘I’d like to get the room set up.’ This all while I was standing out in 30 degree weather with 3 children under 5 years old… At that point she rolled her eyes and said ‘10 minutes is plenty of time to get the room set up but whatever, come in…’ If she doesn’t want to open the doors early she shouldn’t rent the birthday party rooms at the time of open. She didn’t allow us to bring drinks in and said water bottles and 10 Capri Suns came with the room rental package. She then would only allow us to take 3 water bottles at a time because she’s ’wasting money’ when people don’t drink them. When she told me that I explained that I had 10 people eating pizza with no drinks. She still handed me 3 bottles and wouldn’t give me more. Not recommended for birthday parties…"
