"I would give 0 stars for the way I've been treated by the carrier and the manager the only decent 1 there is the last that's the clerk she's blonde headed. What good does it do to have informed delivery with instructions on where to leave mail and packages of the workers refuse to even check the website or attempt to follow instructions they do as they please and today their slander against me was uncalled for in front of other customers that have also slandered me in the county as well."

"They are persistently stopping mail to good people. Very displeased with people who think they can do whatever they want because they are too lazy to get out of the car and deliver a package. They would rather honk the horn to notify the resident of a package delivery. Very dissatisfied"

"Terrible experience. I’ve lived in michie for 30 years. I had a family emergency with my father in which I needed to take care of my father in Corinth,ms a few months and wasn’t always able to pick up my mail at my home address and my mom works a lot down the street with my neighbors wife who has dementia. The carrier cancelled sending mail to my home address because they believed no one was home anymore. I tried to get post master BETH NAYLOR to fix my issue but she absolutely believed no one lived they and that they needed evidence that someone has moved into the resident that I’ve been living at for 30 years. She is incredibly rude and claims to have 27 years of experience yet she knows no one in the area. Please read this and make her famous. My parents are elderly need to still be able to receive there mail at their home."
