"I now have five claims with FedEx on five different missing packages that came out of this location and were not delivered to my home. I had two additional packages that were delivered to a wrong address on the other side of town not once but twice. How does this happen the address is not even close to mine! Now I'm missing $700 worth of merchandise and all FedEx can say is file a claim with the people I purchased the stuff from. How about you stop putting me on the phone with people that can barely speak English and only read from a script and contact the person that keeps doing this? I understand a mistake one time but six times in the last week is very very absurd! Every one of the packages came out of this location so I can't someone just get on the phone and call this location and figure it out? UPS and the post office have no problem getting my package it's just FedEx!"
