"Let me start out by saying, if I could give a negative star or even a 0 star I would. I went in there to rent a trencher for 4 hours to finish a job I had to do that was down the road from this place. The first thing they said to me was, man it's pretty wet out there today. I continued to tell them the make and model of trencher I wanted to rent that I saw out in their yard. They asked me well what are you wanting to do with it, I told him that I just needed to trench a 55ft trench to install some conduit. They tried to say well this hand trencher will be better for you and quicker. I said no I just want to get this trenched in so I can go home because I'm not from here. They then asked me your not from around here, where are you from? I said I'm from Indianapolis. I'm guessing it was the owner that I was talking to but he said oh well I can't rent anything out to you because your not from around here and I don't want the equipment taken to Muncie. I continued to tell him I'm not going to Muncie, I'm just going down the road. He said nope I'm sorry, I'm not renting to you. So I ended up renting from home depot and no questions were asked. So if you want to get interregated by I'm assuming the owner about who you are, where you live, and what you are doing with the rented items I'd go there. That's the last time I will ever try to go there again and I hope everyone will see this as well. Also if you are using the rental machinery to do line work, he said I will not rent out to us "line boys"."

"Rented an excavator for a day to dig a water line about 200 ft in the middle of a parking lot never around anything that could have damaged it , cleaned it and filled it before returning just to have them say I damaged it and wanted me to pay for new panels , the damage was already there when we rented it !! Terrible terrible experience never again !!"

"The last time we rented something there it was a lg fan to blow our leaves (we live on a wooded lot). We went in the morning and rented it and got it home and it didn’t work. We messed around with them on the phone a couple hours, then by 2:00pm they sent someone out to look at it and he fiddled with it for an hour and a half instead of just replacing it like I wanted them to do. I finally told him to take it and leave. By that time it was going to be dark in an hour. My husband and I just wanted to get it done that day while the leaves were dry and we both had off work. They had the nerve to get pissed at me and said to never come back. No worries there."

"Reserved a piece of equipment last week for today, isn't available yet. Then before equipment gets back they tell me they only rent out to a 25 mile radius. Wondering why I wasn't told this last week? Drove over an hr for a waste of time. Very unprofessional in my opinion."
