"We come here every fall with the kids when we visit Brown County. I'd have to say this year was the best time we've ever had. All of the new things they have added made our experience so much better. They had so many different food trucks and a huge play area for our kids and they loved seeing the animals like always. The added corn maze was so fun. They loved the Character artist and the face painter's. The store also had so many good treats to purchase. The live band was also amazing and they were so kind to my kids. Thank you to the new owners for all of the hard work you put in to make this experience the best. We will most definitely be back"
"Great place to spend a quiet Saturday morning and drink cider"
"I'm local. Never been. Met up with my son, his wife, and my 2 year old grandson. Read the reviews ahead of time. I knew the hours, exactly what to expect, and it exceeded expectations. Their Facebook page clearly said no pets. At least a half dozen signs on the way in were posted clearly and said the same (service pets welcome). Numerous food truck options. We decided on a burrito. Delicious. We took a wagon ride to the pumpkin patch. I already knew they had a bad year, to be expected, being their 1st year. I still purchased 3 pumpkins, and they were reasonably priced. Visited the petting zoo, enjoyed live music, had a caricature done, watched my grandson enjoy the slide and pony ride. Visited the store and purchased apples (after taste testing at the taste station with a very polite young lady that allowed us to try anything we asked about). We also purchased PB fudge, Amish popcorn salt, ice-cream (to go) and caramel for our apples. The "ME" generation is out of touch with reality and any negative posts here are simply from individuals that have no concept of what it takes to run a farm, let alone one that offers public entertainment and fun. I sure appreciate having Apple Works close by and you all are doing great!"
"This is a beautiful place to go and get some apple cider, homemade fudge and go for a stroll in nature! There is a lovely bridge over a pond that has trails through the woods. There is a really nice apple orchard and shop as well. There is really a lot to explore and do here. I highly recommend it."
"It’s an apple and pumpkin farm, which is perfect for fall!! You can pick the pumpkins, but you can’t pick the apples sadly. They also offer games in a little kid’s park as well as a petting zoo, nature trail, tree house and store to buy all your apple needs from. They sell items such as caramel apples, hot apple cider, pies, fudge, etc. 10/10 I recommend coming here for the pumpkin patch and taking pictures in the apple orchard."
