"If I could give 0 stars I would. I had my sons 1st birthday in April. The day of the party, NO ONE SHOWED UP! Once I paid all the money they stopped responding to me. My sons 1st birthday was ruined. Then when he finally got a hold of me, it took 3 months to get a refund and he promised me a free pick 5 for the summer. When I tried to schedule the free pick 5, he never responded to me. Seems this is happening more and more so decided to give my own review! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!"
