"Mrs. Thompson, the financial aid counselor, was incredibly helpful, and I really appreciate her excellent customer service. You have our sincere gratitude for assisting both me and my son. Thank you!"
"I graduated in December 2022 and I’m still waiting on them to mail my diploma as of September 2023"
"I wouldn't waste any money with Trenholm State Community College. They ignore you , get mad cause you are calling about financial aid matters, and they denied my appeal for financial aid. I called FAFSA and they are stating, I still have funds available to go to school. Betty Edwards is a rude old lady in the financial aid, and she hung up in my face, because I was calling to check on my appeal. Nobody should have to beg anyone to go to school when you are paying and have the funds available . Trenholm accepted my financial aid funds on my behalf for the Fall 2022 and Spring 2023, but still saying I don't qualify."
"I've had the same experience as most of the people in these reviews. No one answers the phones, my advisor doesn't answer e-mails, and neither does the admin person who enrolled me in school. Fortunately, I only need 3 classes from this god-awful community college, and since it's half the price of AUM, I'm going to just deal with the complete lack of professionalism. If you attend here just be prepared to have to physically come in to take care of anything or have any questions answered. It's so much cheaper than AUM - wish I had taken prerequisites here instead of doing the full 4 there, but now I need several classes before I can apply to grad school, so here I am."
"I’m reading the reviews as I am currently enrolled. I’ve noticed a slew of negative reviews expressing some of the same sentiment that I have. Misinformation. No information. Disorganization. Unprofessional behavior. Unanswered phones and having to go in person to handle any business. This does not apply to instructors but it is a horrible reflection on the administration. Some of these reviews are a couple of years old which means the school is aware and they have made absolutely no effort to improve. Maybe they will wake up when enrollment is so low that they will have to cut staff. I hope they start with those high paying admin jobs."
