"I feel like the doctor just let my daddy die. The staff, the nurses, they were very sweet to my daddy and he looked forward to seeing them and the free snacks and Ensure. He was on Medicaid so I feel the doctor didn't do his best. My dad started chemo for stage 3 lung cancer in February 2016 and died on November 1 of the same year. I feel like they radiated my daddy to death. Please be an advocate for your family members. I lived 600 miles away so there was little I could do until I moved him in with me on hospice and was with him, in my home, when God called him home. He had shriveled to skin and bones in 8 months."
