"I went in to have a bridesmaid’s dress altered. Before receiving/approving a quote for the alterations, she CUT the straps. She was planning to move the straps up three inches and hem the bottom of the dress. I told her I needed it in 21 days. She said that was considered a rush order and quoted me $200 for her service. Might I add, she also told me I didn’t look good in the dress. Poor customer service and unreasonable pricing!!!"
