"What I experienced today was not at all what the positive reviews said. Dave the general manager was rude from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. I did get my pool water tested but had no confidence in any recommendations due to the management being very short with me. I purchased a bottle of phosphate treatment, some phosphate test strips and some filters. Dave was unwilling to give me any testing advice and I went home unprepared to test for phosphate. Very disappointed and will likely no be returning. The worst part is he had me give my name, address, email and phone number in order to make a purchase. Now they have my info and I won’t be coming back."

"Was excited for this store to open as it is just down the street from my home and I had heard good things, but have been very disappointed. I have tried the store on several different occasions now and had issues almost each time. The latest two issues were (1) they had a product on sale, but couldn't figure out how to get it to ring up as the sale price....so told me I would have to pay full price....and (2) they offer a coupon for a percentage off ALL pool chemicals, but then wouldn't honor it for muriatic acid. They argued that it was not a pool chemical. Really?!? Those last two trips have finally sealed the deal and I will be making the slightly further trip to my old store."
